How To Build a RallySport Team
Individual Driver or Navigator:
The first step in creating a Hyper●Formance MotorSports RallySport Team is to write down a list of
people you think would be interested in trying out for RallySport precision driving for his/herself. A team consist of the
following;
20 cars “active roster”
10 cars “inactive roster”
40 people (Checkpoint Crew, Maintenance, Members)
100 people max. per team
Remember you can print out any Qualification Route and try your driving and navigation skills free and at your own
time and convenience.
The official HMS time is printed on the top right hand corner on the second page. This OTPW is a 5 minute window
and your ability to return to the qualification start line within that "window of time" will determine if you can perform in a
RallySport environment. Qualification meetings will be conducted by a HMS RallySport Agent and recorded for your
statistic profile. The OTPW at all qualification routes is five (5) minutes.

Team Managers
Team Managers are business owners who have formed a RallySport team. This is a strategic alliance and there are
no financial obligations for participation.
Team Managers act as Coaches whose responsibilities are to keep the rallysport team competing at a high level.
Team Managers help control Sponsorship Benefits and overall team value. As new sponsors come online a portion of
that revenue will be given to Team Managers for team promotion and support budgets.
Team Managers have the first right of refusal to become a Team Owner. After the 2010 Rally Fuzion season, all Team
Managers will have the option to become a Team Owner and participate in Hyper●Formance MotorSports Sponsorship
Revenue Sharing program.
For example; When Nike, Adidas, Reebok offer to manufacture the official HMS RallySport Team uniforms, a
percentage of the sponsorship revenue will be given to RallySport Team Owners.
The percentage will be a mutually agreed share among the Team Owners in that particular city. Team value will
continue to increase based on the sponsorship network created either per individual team or RallySport wide. Team
Owners share in Advertising revenue as well.
